Chakra
The human body has seven main energy centres known as chakras. The chakras are located along the spine, starting at the base and running upwards to the crown of the head. Each chakra has distinct characteristics and relates to different aspects of our being. Chakra stones are healing gemstones that resonate with these energy centres. These stones are used to bring strength and alignment to the mind, body, & spirit when held or placed on the corresponding chakra.
